My big question
What if something BIG that happened in history didn't happen? what would the world be like?
Ancient Stories
The text in this story is very similar but there are differences. Most people in everyday conversation use a lot of slang this story is very 'formal' in comparison.
I don't think it's important to retell the story word for word aslong as the moral/message of the story gets through to the reader. Like in the tortise and the hare I've heard that the hare goes to sleep because he's ahead of the tortise I've also heard that he stops to eat carrots but the moral of the story get through either way. Depending on how and who retold the story it could get better or worse a really bad story teller can ruin the story where as an amazing story trailer can enhance the story and make it more interesting.
